I have been going to US Hearing Center for over 3 years now. Steve Suminski is very knowledgeable about what it is going to take to get you to hear better. Cheryl schedules your appointments and is always so personable. I always enjoys going.

Finally admitted to myself, I needed hearing aids. I found Steve to be very patient, caring, and profession. I have a lot to learn about all the exciting features, but I love his suggestion about taking it slow and not overwhelm me with all the technology. I like the idea of follow up care and service that will be provided. I found Cheryl to be very sweet, friendly, and helpful. I feel good about my decision to use Palatka US Hearing Aid Center in Palatka.

Stopped in for the first time and asked about getting my hearing aid cleaned and Chris took me back and showed me how to do it no charge what a nice guy I will use them again anytime I need help or need a upgrade. Steve and Sheryl are great. They get you in quickly and always take the time to answer any questions you might have. Considered Hearing Aid upgrade. Steve sat down and explained the pros and cons on the item I was considering so I could make my decision. Can't ask for more. Totally recommend there service.

This place is awesome. Everyone makes you feel as if your visiting family. I was truly impressed and would highly recommend them anytime.
